Last year, my world turned upside down. Amidst the joy of welcoming our precious 11-week-old baby into our lives, I lost my beloved furry companion. 🐾 It was a challenging time, compounded by postpartum anxiety. 💔

Meet Ned, if you've been on my socials for a while, you would have seen him every day as my walking buddy. He was my loyal companion and confidant for many years. Losing him was like losing a piece of my heart. Throughout all the infertility treatments, failures, successes, and loss, he was a constant comfort, a warm hug.

As I looked out of my office this morning, there was a rainbow 🌈, and it reminded me of the day he passed. After coming out of the vet, we looked up the hill towards our home, and there was a double rainbow 🌈🌈, and the whole way home, it followed us. See, I now realise that my little friend Ned was here for a reason; he was a pillar of strength like I couldn't imagine. But once he knew his job was done, he left us with a beautiful memory.

But gosh darn, I miss that little fluff ball of love. 🐾💖

🌟 Unveiling the Magic Behind Daily3 🌟

Oh, the allure of the DMs! You know, just like a true influencer, I was tempted to make it sound oh-so-official. 😄 But let's dive in because your curiosity matters, and I'm here to spill the beans!

After yesterday's post, a couple of questions slid into my DMs, asking how I work my Daily3 magic. So, here's the scoop—it all circles back to my trusty project management system.

Whenever a project knocks on my door, I break it down, and I mean really down, like nibbles of tasks. Each nibble gets a cozy due date, and a special tag—Daily3D, the golden key to my development tasks. When my daily to-do list unfolds, it's a sight to behold—only that day's tasks, each graced with the coveted Daily3 tag. Distractions? They're kindly escorted out.

And then comes Sunday, my designated workday. I don my organisational superhero cape and sweep through my master to-do list. I make sure tasks are either checked off or geared up for the week ahead. My world resides in this system—dinners, TJ's adventures, business endeavors, even household tidbits—they all get their spotlight.

As the echoes of Brad's and TJ's laughter fill the air, I find myself entwined in a familiar web of thoughts—the growing to-do list, the relentless pressure to keep up, the ceaseless stream of new ideas that never seem to pause.

But right now, it's time to press pause on the whirlwind.

With just about 16 hours a week dedicated to work, the list seems to have a life of its own, constantly expanding with the ebb and flow of creativity. Yet, amidst the whirlwind, I choose to slow my breathing, to refocus my energy on what truly matters.

As I sit at my laptop, I open my project management system and encounter my trusted companions—the Daily3. These three tasks, carefully chosen, are the compass guiding my journey forward. They might be small steps or giant leaps, but each one aligns with the purpose driving my business.

🔸 Task 1 - Content: Is there content awaiting creation and sharing, or do I need to schedule more? It's about crafting the messages that resonate, connecting with you in meaningful ways.

🔸 Task 2 - Promo: What can I present to you? Freebies, blogs, products — how can I add value to your journey?

🔸 Task 3 - Development: What am I nurturing to help my business flourish? It's about the seeds of growth, the projects that will shape the future.

In a world where distractions dance and time is a precious currency, these Daily3 are my anchors. They ground me, allowing me to embrace each moment, to immerse in the joy of creating, and to honor the path of growth I've chosen.

So, as the giggles and melodies from the next room serenade my space, I remind myself: Life is an art of balance, a symphony of tasks, big and small, that contribute to the grand masterpiece. It's a dance of presence and purpose, a mindful journey guided by intention.
