I’ve honestly always been obsessed with business.
Not the boring “suit and tie” version - but the kind where you get to build something that’s yours. I grew up around entrepreneurs, most of my uncles worked for themselves and even as a kid, I just knew the 9–5 wasn’t for me.
I used to set up pretend shops with signs, price tags, and fake money. And yes, my friends were always the employees - I was the boss. (CEO energy before I could even spell entrepreneur.)
At 24, I launched my first business, a bookkeeping practice that scaled fast. I built a team, opened an office, and served 100+ clients. But even with the “success,” I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and secretly Googling “how to disappear from your own business” on my lunch breaks.
Because success shouldn’t cost your health, your joy, or your weekends.
