Sunday Studio

For the days when I’m in marketing-mode but have zero design energy, Sunday Studio is my go-to. It’s packed with beautifully branded Canva templates that are clean, modern, and (most importantly) editable in minutes. I use it for my lead magnets, client decks, launch graphics - basically anything that needs to look polished without me spending hours messing with fonts.

Google Workspace

I know it’s not sexy - but it’s essential. Google Workspace runs everything behind the scenes in my business. From managing client calls in my calendar to storing my funnel copy, assets, and workflows in Drive, it’s the digital backbone I can’t function without. If it’s not in my Google Calendar, it’s not happening.

Notion

This is where my brain (and business) lives. I plan launches, map out content, build funnel frameworks, and keep all my big ideas organised in one place. It’s clean, simple, and just structured enough to keep things moving without overwhelming me. I even use it to communicate with my team - everything runs through here so nothing gets lost in Slack threads or email chains.

Chat GPT

This isn’t just a fancy AI writing tool - it’s part of my team. I use ChatGPT to brainstorm content, map out funnel workflows, write draft emails, and even build custom GPTs that reflect my voice, offers, and strategy. I’ve trained it to help me with automations, workflows, and creative tasks so I’m not stuck staring at a blank screen - or doing the same thing twice. It’s like having a strategic assistant on standby 24/7 (without the payroll).

Canva

Canva is one of the few tools I use every single day. Whether I’m designing sales pages, building lead magnets, mapping out webinar decks, or creating Instagram content - it’s my go-to for getting everything looking polished without needing a designer on speed dial. It helps me show up like a pro, even when I’m working from the kitchen bench with half a coffee and a toddler snack in hand.
