This is one to one. It's you and me, using the Everyday Sales Engine together, with my 20 years of marketing and strategy run over the top of everything the AI builds.
Week One
Your three-hour kick-off
We start with a three-hour session where we really nut out what you're building. This is where your ecosystem takes shape, and you walk away knowing exactly how to feed your business into the system to get the best out of it.
Weeks Two & Three
Build the foundations
You build Phase One. The magic here is you talk to your computer, and the system learns how you speak, your voice, all the nuance of what you do. It loads straight to your Notion board, I review it, and we tweak until it's 100% right. Foundations locked.
Weeks Four to Twelve
Build the engine
This is where it all comes to life. Week by week, AI supported, we build out every piece. Your products, sales pages, masterclasses, automations. Everything gets created and dropped into your system, ready to go live.

I created this system. It comes with 20 years of business experience and 10 years in marketing and the online world. I'm not someone who discovered AI last year and packaged it up.
I also know exactly what it's like to have a young kid, a brain full of ideas, and not enough hours. We're literally living in a caravan right now while I rebuild my entire business.
