The Three Growth Strategies That Changed Everything for My Clients

Instead of launching new offers every other month, running 12 content pillars, and splitting their energy between 10 funnels, we simplified.

Right now, one of my clients is running just four funnels—total.
And they’re performing better than anything she’s done before.

Why? Because she’s focused.

And she’s actually got the space to refine, optimise, and scale those funnels in a sustainable way.

But here’s what I’ve seen:
When you’re just starting out or trying to grow in a noisy space, evergreen funnels can feel flat.

What changed everything for my clients was introducing semi-live launch models.
Instead of running 24/7 funnels, we layered in intentional, live-ish touchpoints – like open cart windows, live webinars, strategic email sequences, and time-sensitive calls to action.

It created:

  • Urgency (in a non-pushy way)
  • Energy and excitement around the offer
  • A reason for people to engage now, not later

And the result? One client saw a 100x return compared to her evergreen model.
Same offer. Same audience. Just delivered in a way that felt more connected – and cut through the noise.

3. Using DMs as a Strategic Launch Channel

Let’s talk about the DMs.
Most people treat them as an afterthought – or worse, a spam zone.

But when done right? DMs are one of the most powerful growth tools in your business.

Instead of relying solely on emails and Instagram captions, we built DM-first launch systems using automation + AI – so conversations are happening 24/7 in the brand’s voice.

Here’s how it works:

  • A new lead sees your content and sends a keyword
  • They instantly receive a series of responses (not salesy – supportive)
  • The AI is trained to sound like you, so they get personalised info, FAQs, next steps
  • If needed, it passes them over to a real human – or they convert right there in the chat
