Affiliate Terms & Conditions

These Affiliate Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) are entered into by and between Laurenkrepp.net (“Company”) and you (“Affiliate”) as an affiliate partner of the Company. This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions governing your participation in the Company’s affiliate program (“Program”).

1. Affiliate Relationship
   • By signing up for the Program, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
   • You are an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, or partner of the Company. This Agreement does not create any joint venture, partnership, or agency relationship between the parties
2. Program Enrollment
   • To participate in the Program, you must apply through our website and provide accurate and complete information.
   • We reserve the right to accept or reject any application in our sole discretion. We may reject an application if we determine that your website or promotional activities are unsuitable for the Program.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities
   • As an Affiliate, you agree to promote Company’s products or services using approved promotional materials provided by the Company.
   • You are responsible for ensuring that all promotional materials are used appropriately and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
   • You shall not engage in any misleading, deceptive, or unethical marketing practices that may negatively affect the reputation of the Company.
4. Commissions
   • You will earn a commission on eligible sales generated through your unique affiliate link or coupon code.
   • Commission rates and eligibility criteria will be determined by the Company and may be subject to change without prior notice.
   • Commission payments will be made on a regular basis, as determined by the Company. Minimum payment thresholds and payment methods will be specified by the Company.
   • The Company reserves the right to reverse or withhold commission payments in cases of fraudulent activity, chargebacks, refunds, or violations of this Agreement.
5. Compliance with Laws
   • You shall comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in connection with your participation in the Program.
   • You shall be solely responsible for any taxes or other government charges arising from your participation in the Program.
6. Term and Termination
   • This Agreement shall commence upon your acceptance into the Program and shall continue until terminated by either party.
   • Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving written notice to the other party.
   • Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the Company’s promotional materials and remove any affiliate links from your website or other promotional channels.
7. Intellectual Property
   • The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use its trademarks, logos, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting the Company’s products or services in accordance with this Agreement.
   • You shall not modify, alter, or use the Company’s intellectual property in any manner that may infringe upon the Company’s rights.
8. Limitation of Liability
   • The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to this Agreement.
   • In no event shall the Company’s total liability under this Agreement exceed the commissions paid or payable to you under the Program.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
   • This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Company is registered.
   • Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be exclusively brought in the courts located in the jurisdiction where the Company is registered.
10. Entire Agreement
    • This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, and understandings, whether oral or written.

By signing up for the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Affiliate Terms and Conditions.
